International
Most orders received before 12 pm CST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after these hours will be processed the next business day. If you received a message saying "Expected to ship within 3-4 business days" when you added products to your shopping cart, you order will ship within this time frame.
We offer our customers multiple shipping options and estimated delivery times (provided by the shipping carrier) during the checkout process. All items in stock are typically received within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $30 anywhere in the United States (including APO/FPO) and Canada. If your shipping address (not your billing address) is within the United States or Canada, the Free Shipping option will automatically display during checkout. Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally, we may use UPS to ship your order within the United States. You also have the option to choose a different shipping method (UPS, FedEx, USPS Express Mail). You can see all the available shipping options and rates on the checkout page.
Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International that takes about 2-3 weeks. First Class Mail only provides a label number that serves as proof of mailing and cannot be tracked. If you need to receive your order quicker, you may select another shipping method at additonal cost that also comes with a trakcing number.
Special coupon codes apply to the actual merchandise only and do not apply to shipping charges. Sometimes we might offer a free shipping option on all orders. In that case, the shipping charges will be re-calculated to $0.
Please make sure the shipping address is entered correctly as we are not responsible for undeliverable packages and can only offer free shipping on the original order. If for any reason a customer refuses their package and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping fee plus a 10% re-stocking fee from the refund amount.

We ship worldwide. International customers have an option to use our site or PayPal to checkout. All prices and payments are in US dollars. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes and any other charges that you may incur for importing goods into your country. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. International orders require additional 24-48 hours for processing. If you need your order quicker, please let us know. We will do our best to process it as soon as possible.
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) to anywhere in the world. International shipping rates are displayed on our Checkout page. If you use PayPal to checkout, you will be able to select a shipping option of your choice with the rates displayed on the PayPal checkout page. We offer several shipping methods: First Class Mail International (2-3 weeks), Priority Mail International (6-10 business days), and Express Mail International (3-5 business days).
Please note that packages shipped via First Class Mail International are not insured and cannot be tracked. USPS First Class Mail International provides a label number that serves as proof of mailing only and it is not trackable. Shoes For Little Feet company is not responsible for packages lost in the mail if there were shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
USPS Priority Mail International provides basic insurance coverage (up to $70) and tracking information.
USPS Express Mail provides basic insurance coverage (up to $100) and tracking information. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us for a quote.
If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.
